How Turant handles print documents and account data.
Files uploaded for printing are stored only long enough to complete the job. Successful prints are deleted from the server immediately. Failed or abandoned files are removed by a maintenance sweep within 24 hours. The shop print agent deletes temporary copies from the shop PC after printing.
Job metadata needed to run the queue: ticket number, page count, print options, price quoted, and status. We do not create customer accounts. An anonymous device id in the browser is enough to rate-limit abuse.
Owner email and password hash are stored so shops can sign in to their dashboard. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Session cookies are signed and expire after a shift.
